When the line on the title plan matters, we provide measured evidence on the ground. Boundary surveys are carried out to high accuracy and presented clearly for solicitors, and Land Registry submissions.
A boundary survey provides a precise, measured record of where a boundary actually runs on the ground — and how that compares to the registered title plan. Useful when you’re buying land, applying to the Land Registry, or resolving a disagreement with a neighbour.
Work is carried out independently and impartially. Each feature — walls, fences, hedges, pins — is measured, photographed, and referenced to the National Grid. The report is written in plain English so a solicitor, conveyancer or Land Registry officer can follow it easily.
If you’re fencing or developing, we can also set out boundary lines on site so the builder has a clear line to work to.

No. Registered title plans are indicative only.
